1st Day:
Knossos and then by bus to Youchtas hill and walking for 1 hours from/to 400 m high.
2nd Day:
Excursion to Omalos, Samarian Gorge, Agia Roumeli then by boat to Sfakia and return (distance 18 km downward and approximate 5 hours walking).
3rd Day:
Excursion to Kardiotisa Monasteri and from there walking along an old road over a mountain side upward 350 m high and then 150 m downward aprox. 2,5 hour. After that from one side of the Lasithi Plateau we walk upward to the Cave Dikteon Andron, where according to the Myth Zeus was born (approx. 100 m in high and after that return the same way).
4rth Day:
Excursion to Archeological Museum and then to Thrapsano, short visit there and then walk from there to Voni cloister (approx. 2 hours walking upward).
5th Day:
Excursion to Imvros village and from there start walking to the Imvros Gorge, 8 km It takes aproximate 2 hours, then visit Komitades village and later Chora Sfakion.
6th Day:
Excursion to Phaistos and then from Pitsidia walking to Matala (approximate 2 hours) and in the afternoon visit the sites of Achient Gortis or avoid this visit if you consider it no necessary.
7th Day:
Today via Drosia village we arrive to Heliana village where we will start walking through a beautiful landscape to Veni village (approx. 3 hours) then we will arrive to Axos village and return to our hotel.
8th Day:
Excursion by bus via Sitia to the village Zakros and from there start walking through the Gorge there to Kato Zakros for aproximate 2 – 2.5 hours and return.
9th Day:
Excursion to Tzermiado at Lasithi Plateau and we go up to Selena mountain (with high 1700 m from sea level and then continue to Mesa Potamous downward where we arrive after 3.5 or 4 hours (middle difficulty) and return to our hotel.
10th Day:
Breakfast and at the right time transfer to Airport and flight back home.

1st Day: Arrival at Heraklion
Meet at Airport and transfer to the hotel with luxurious bus and over night.
2nd Day: Knossos & Heraklion Museum
Visit the famous ancient palace of Knossos then transfer to Heraklion and visit the archeological museum and then 2 hours free time in the city center. Then transfer to our hotel. Over night.
3rd Day: Kritsa – Agios Nikolaos – Elouda
We start to day to visit the pretty traditional village Kritsa well known for it’s lace-making and weaving products, continue to beautiful city of Agios Nikolaos ,short staying there for a refreshment then we continue to Elounda village get on board a caique and sail to Spinalonga island, a former leper colony. Proof of the Venetian occupation on the island is the fortress surrounding the abandoned village. We return to Elounda and transfer to our hotel. Over night.
4rth Day: Margarites – Arkadi Rethymnon
Today we will visit Margarites village well known on Crete for its ceramics product since old days, then we continue to visit the famous 16th century monastery of Arkadi, 1 hour guided tour in the monastery. After we drive to Rethymnon, city sight seeing and over night.
5th Day: Phaestos – Gortis – Matala
Visit two famous sites: the Minoan Palace at, Phaestos magnificently situated over looking Messara plain and Gortis, the famous for law stones, its Roman amphitheater and the church of St. Titus, first Christian church on the island. Then continue to fishing village of Matala wel l known for the caves a side a little hill next to the beach.
Then return to Rethymnon and over night.
6th Day: Therissos Village – Chania
Today we will visit the village Therissos through a beautiful route driving on the bottom of a narrow picturesque gorge, short staying in the village and then we continue to the former capital of Crete Chania.
We can visit the close market, the Venetian harbor and other Venetian monuments. Over night in Chania.
7th Day: Chania – Almirida – Heraklion
Breakfast and get the way back to Heraklion. Before we will stop at Almirida to visit Koumos a stone museum. On the way back we will make a short stop to Rethymno before we arrive to our hotel at Heraklion area and over night.
8th Day:
Breakfast and at the right time transfer to Airport and flight back home.

Excursion in crete, Heraklion
Phaestos, Gortis & Matala
We drive to South and we arrive at Gortis which is an extensive and important archaeological site of Crete. After that we continue to Phaestos which situated on a hill overlooking the plain of Messara. This is the second most important center of Minoan civilization, built and destroyed at the same period as that of Knossos. After that we drive to Matala village at the South cost for swimming and or lunch.
